1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how StageVista Entertainment and the technology providers that support this website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, server logs, and comparable technologies. We refer to these technologies collectively as “cookies” for simplicity.
A cookie is a small data file that a website stores in or reads from a browser or device. Some cookies last only for the current browser session. Others remain until their stated expiration time or until you delete them. Similar technologies can store a preference locally, recognize a browser, measure an event, secure a form, or help a website remember a choice.
Cookies do not usually reveal your name by themselves, but the information they collect may be associated with a browser, device, account, transaction, or information you submit. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information more broadly.
2. Cookie categories and purposes
| Category | Purpose | Typical status |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Operate core pages, balance traffic, secure forms, remember privacy choices, prevent fraud, and maintain essential commerce or session functions. | Active where required for the requested service. |
| Preferences | Remember interface selections such as dark or light mode, language, region, and display settings. | Used when the feature is enabled or you make a choice. |
| Measurement and performance | Understand page visits, navigation, errors, device categories, and general website performance so the experience can be improved. | May require consent depending on configuration and location. |
| Functional media | Support an embedded player, file review, scheduling tool, or other optional third-party feature requested by the user. | Used only when such a feature is present or activated. |
| Advertising | Measure or personalize advertising across websites or services. | Not currently used by StageVista Entertainment for cross-context behavioral advertising. |
Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies support the service you request and the website's security. Disabling them through browser controls may prevent the site, project form, consent preferences, or commerce features from functioning correctly. Because they are required for operation, a consent tool may not offer an off switch for every necessary cookie.
Preference storage
The StageVista website may store a display preference so the selected Dark Studio or Light Backstage theme remains consistent. A preference is not intended to identify you across unrelated services.
Measurement
If measurement tools are enabled, they may record a truncated or full IP address, browser and device details, referring source, viewed page, approximate location, event time, and interactions such as scrolling, button selection, or form errors. We use this information to evaluate site reliability and understand aggregate use. We do not use measurement data to make eligibility, credit, employment, insurance, or similarly significant decisions.
3. Commerce platform and third-party technology
This site is designed for the Shopify platform. Shopify and enabled Shopify services may place cookies required for storefront operation, security, checkout, localization, load balancing, fraud prevention, and analytics. The exact cookie names and durations can change when the platform is updated or a feature is enabled. Shopify acts under its own terms and privacy documentation for information it handles independently.
Additional technology may be introduced when StageVista Entertainment enables a payment provider, scheduling feature, video player, analytics service, consent manager, file-delivery tool, or other integration. A third party may receive technical information when your browser loads its content. We will evaluate optional tools before enabling them and update this policy when a material new category of use is introduced.
StageVista Entertainment does not currently deploy cookies to sell personal information or personalize advertising based on activity across unrelated websites. If that position changes, the site will provide any notice and choice required by applicable law.
4. How to manage cookies
Consent controls
If a consent banner or privacy-preferences control appears, you can use it to accept or reject optional categories available for your location. Your choice may be stored so the site does not ask on every page. Clearing storage or using a new browser can reset the choice.
Browser and device controls
Most browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and site data. Controls are commonly found in privacy, security, or site-settings menus. You can also use private browsing or configure the browser to clear data when it closes. Settings are specific to each browser and device, so you may need to repeat a choice.
Universal opt-out signals
Some browsers or extensions can send a privacy signal such as Global Privacy Control. Where an applicable law requires us to recognize the signal and our website receives it in a usable form, we will treat it as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending it. Because we do not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, the signal may not visibly change the site.
Do Not Track
There is not one universally accepted response standard for older “Do Not Track” signals. The site may not respond to that signal in a standardized way. We will follow legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms where applicable.
Consequences of blocking
If you block all cookies or local storage, the theme switch, form state, security functions, embedded media, checkout, or other features may not operate as intended. You can still contact StageVista Entertainment using the plain-text details at the end of this policy.
5. Duration, data retention, and updates
Session cookies generally expire when the browser closes. Persistent cookies remain for a specified period or until deleted. A cookie's duration does not necessarily determine how long related server-side information is retained. Server records are retained according to operational, security, legal, tax, and dispute-resolution needs described in the Privacy Policy.
We periodically review enabled website features and cookie categories. We may update this policy when a platform, vendor, legal requirement, or business practice changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. If we begin a materially different optional use, we will provide updated notice and obtain consent where required before setting the relevant cookies.
